I lead a large engineering team aligning our vision with the core business and ensuring a quality timely delivery of our project. After leading Page Builder to success I took the position of Engineering Manager for PWA Studio to help further accelerate an already great project and support an amazing team of engineers. After taking this position I also regained management of Page Builder for a period of time while it transitioned to a new team. Since then I've doubled the size of my team and promoted ICs to managers reporting to me, resulting in me getting promoted to a Sr. Engineering Manager in a year. I believe in managing with empathy, kindness, care and logic.
