In early 2017 I led the development of NSW DPE (Planning)'s sustainability strategy and the Department's input into whole-of-government climate change initiatives. In 2015 and 2016 I advised NSW DPI and NSW DPE (Planning) on reform of biodiversity management in NSW, in particular on the establishment of a biodiversity market in NSW and winning 275 million + 70 million/yr ongoing for the Biodiversity Conservation Trust. In 2014 I identified opportunities for improvement in all of NSW Department of Primary Industries natural resource programs by assessing market failures, policy tools and monitoring and evaluation. In 2012-13 I led the Ministerial Liaison Office within NSW Trade & Investment, servicing 5 different ministers cortrespondence, including all the highly sensitive cabinet documents.
