Job Duties: • Recruit for all different types of corporations, both publicly and privately held. • Maintain our current clients through many means of account management. • Perform sales to new potential clients. • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools. • Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with clients’ requirements by screening and interviewing the candidate. • Submit qualified candidates to clients to fulfil client needs. • Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gained commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements. • Demonstrate diligence and flexibility of the clients and candidates needs to ensure proper customer service is delivered to both at any time. • Handle all types of HR and administrative duties involved with employment. Continually place all levels of professionals in many sectors with focuses on: • Sales • Marketing • Customer Service • Administrative • Mortgage lending and servicing • Human Resources • Procurement • Accounting.
