My approach is to quickly fix the problems so we can develop and implement solutions to grow new business and programs. Change is difficult, you have to be passionate to help people through it. My Career - My success in business is from studying engineering before graduating in Business Administration/Operations. I found my first great fit in manufacturing and consulting, and have an innate talent for observing processes and seeing opportunities for improvement. This foundation was the launchpad to my career in healthcare. Starting as an Operations Improvement Coordinator, and progressing to C-suite roles in health care, long term care, IDD and behavioral health. How I do it - What I truly do is grow, develop, and re-build Processes, Programs and People. If it’s broke, we fix it. If there’s a problem, we solve it. If you need a plan, we create one. If you need a team, we build and develop one. If you have a vision, then we partner together to make it reality. How can I help?
