I lead the site finding, acquisition, town planning, design and cost management, construction, and disposal/letting functions. I've delivered various schemes: residential, commercial, high-street retail, edge of town and shopping centre development across the whole of the UK; distribution/industrial schemes; hotel and leisure; and strategic land promotion. I've delivered high-rise schemes, significant urban regeneration, and urban extension schemes. I've formed JVs with various public sector bodies, delivering regeneration schemes throughout the UK. Examples of my partnership work include working with Cambridgeshire County Council in the formation of This Land; MP's, Privy Council, Mayor of London and local politicians to assemble land for regeneration across London; Liverpool Council JV to regenerate 1000 acres of North Liverpool; Salford Urban Vision JV to regenerate Lower Broughton in Salford. I sat on the BPF Development Committee and have been a Council Member of the CBI representing the East of England. I have delivered lectures in Real Estate and Property Development at Oxford Brookes University. I am a member of the Economic Research Council and the Oxford Real Estate Society.
