As lead planner for Transport Police planning throughout COP 26 I enjoyed the many challenges that the largest security event held in the UK brought allowing me many opportunities to share my skills and experience with other professionals. I provided strong but engaging leadership to my team which ensured the transport plan was a great success. I am a CMI Level 5 accredited management coach and mentor and there’s nothing more satisfying than helping others succeed. I enjoy nothing better than getting out onto Scotland’s majestic hills and mountains exploring the vastness and beauty of what they have to offer. Sailing, golf and skiing allow me many seasonal challenges and with retirement, the opportunity to enhance those challenges ( especially the golf handicap). British Transport Police
