He is an experienced energy policy and strategy expert, having led the development and delivery of several whole-of-government energy strategies, including the New Energy Technologies Strategy, the Victorian Renewable Energy Action Plan, and is currently leading the Victorian Energy Jobs Plan. David has also had led the design and delivery of key Victorian Government initiatives, including the initial design through to full operations of the Centre for New Energy Technologies (C4NET), and the Victorian Energy Data Hub Concept Study, which enables people to use their energy data in Victorian Energy seamlessly Compare to work out the retail offer for them.
