No Daisy Chains. We can accommodate packages for both residential and commercial properties. This includes both notes (mainly non-performing) and also deed/trust investments. My team will review packages up to 15MM. Feel free to send any one-off and/or bulk packages to me personally through a private message or e-mail. Be aware, and understand you must be DIRECT to the seller (no brokers unless brokers are direct), Property(s) will be verified and compared to comps. If we are interested in the property(s), we can provide a POF (Proof Of Funds) and LOI (Letter Of Intent) available upon request, but only after the validity of package/property has been vetted and also after we have done our due diligence.
