In December 2015 I was delighted to be awarded "Business Manager of the Year" at the Recruitment and Employment Confederation's IRP Awards. Early career with the MPS Group at their public sector senior recruitment business, Lawson Bishop. Three successful years developing their Central Government business and delivering international assignments as the account manager for a major contract with the European Space Agency. Prior to my career in executive recruitment, I spent 2 years living and working in Nagano Prefecture, Japan for a Local Board of Education as an ALT on the JET Programme.
