Liaise with business managers for clients reoccurring trading issues and work to provide solutions to a clients front to back flow. Escalation contact for Skandi and Nordic clients which are sensitive to the desk and keep in contact including a face to face visit once a year with the business to ensure service levels meet their expectations and any issues are addressed / resolved ASAP. Continuous improvement champion in the Lean programme where I work with offshore, satellite offices, front office and IT to ensure we continuously strive towards improving the level of service we provide our clients as they are always at the forefront of what we do.
