Working with partners, listening to them, and understanding the local landscape helped me shape the fully volunteer-run organisation, managing donor funds in excess of 1 million, and disbursing them fully to empower thousands of underprivileged children and youth in Asia through education and training. I thrive when I am tasked with projects that demand improvements and innovation. I enjoy making the impossible possible, and to join the dots where others see gaps. I find joy when I can create financial and operational efficiencies, and when I am able to lead, guide and mentor. I find it most rewarding when I can impact positive change through the work I do, speaking up for the underserved and finding opportunities for them to shine. My current interests are in creating change, contributing back to the community, creating social impact and in championing sustainability efforts.
