In this role I am responsible for delivering the end to end projects from ideation to implementation stage. I bring design, architecture, automation mode, techno-functional expertise to the table. Consulting and Strategy-I am responsible for designing the solutions for the problems of complex nature which the Bank encounters occasionaly. The problem here could be (for eg) unification of Unique Customer reference at bank level or finding gaps and remediating the same in the areaqas like BSR reporting to RBI. This requires liason with various stakeholders and a detailed study, understading and expertise to bring the solution, industry benchmarking. Digital Product Engineering- Have designed 7 Digital Products so far on the Liability and Wealth Management side of the banking Risk Management: SOP and Risk Management is one of the major profiles under me wherein my major focus is on Ops Risk and Financial Risk Agile Practioner- I am a trained Agile Practioner for the Project Management Regulatory Compliance Expert: I have worked closely on the regulatory aspects spanning from FATCA, BSR Reporting, Form 60, AML. In this role, I had delivered the requisite validations and system control as per the RBI, Income Tax and other regulators. My techno-functional expertise along with Risk Management and Consulting skills have been greatly leveraged here. Mentorship: I mentor around 10 Management Trainees of the Unit every year. CX Design and Training : I am certified Dale Carnegie Trainer for CX (Customer Experience). In this role, I have trained more than 200 Bank executives on the CX
