  I am a Graduate Research And Teaching Assistant at the University of Nevada Reno, Department of Physics. My interests are in experimental physics and I am currently researching photon induced fragmentation dynamics in small molecules. My expertise is on Dichloroethene dynamics, with experience in various molecules ranging between two and six atoms in size. I have limited experience with Python, R, gnuplot, and Matlab. Outside of the lab, I have a varied background in leadership and science policy. I have held an internship for the House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, executive positions within local organization chapters of the Society of Physics Students, and the executive position of Vice President of Internal Affairs for the Graduate Student Association at the University of Nevada. I currently sit as the Student representative on the APS Far West Section Executive Committee I have strong interests in working on basic and applied research, as well as development and advocation of science policy at local, state, and federal levels.
