Advance & basic NDT usage. 10. Tank fabrication (10+) and inspection (70+). 11. Insulation and painting application inspection. 12. Post-RLA boiler inspection. 13. 06 Battery shutdown & 11 unit shutdown experience. Total 12 times inspection lead. Carried out following improvement till date: 1. HTHA study by PAUT/ TOFD. 2. DSS/SDSS material requirements. 3. Welding procedure for DSS/SDSS, Titanium, Zirconium & Aluminum. 4. Corrosion monitoring parameters identification. 5. Digital radiography for piping health assessment. 6. Tank settlement measurement. 7. Coloration based SS welding acceptance. 8. Identification of bad actors for equipment reliability improvement.
