Then I took a project from QCI (Quality Council of India) on "Spreading Environment Awareness Among the School Children in North East". In SOS Children's Village of India worked as an " Assistant Village Director" conducting National & International Events. At the time of crisis i.e Natural disaster or Man made disaster worked as a Team Leader in North Bihar Flood Relief 2008 and played a very vital role in helping the people in rebuilding of their life and also having a public relation with media organizations, NGOs and Government departments. Also Worked with Bhavishya Bharat Foundation as a Deputy Manager (Field - Operation) at North Sikkim project and looking after CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) of Teesta Urja Ltd 1200 MW Teesta Stage III Hydro Power Project's R&R. Also worked with Magic Bus India Foundation as District Programme Manager and started field operation at South & Central part of Delhi to Implement Sports For Development concept. We have reach more than 25 Thousand Children with 887 Community Sports Coach (Volunteers) in 72 community of South & Central Delhi handling 65 Staff of Magic Bus India Foundation. Also worked with Premier Shield Pvt Ltd as Sr. Manager – Operation (Jharkhand & MP). Looking after strategize and build the entire Skills business across the assigned territory with effective and accountable Business Development, strong operational orientation, support of Corporate Strategy and Development of Profit Centre and Govt. norms. Worked with Assam Skill Development Mission to uplift the Skill Eco System in the state of Assam. Presently working with Assam Inland Water Transport Development Society under Govt. of Assam as Project Officer for World Bank Funded for Assam Inland Waterways Transport Project.
