Employee records are updated on a real-time basis on Success Factor Ensure that the personnel information is updated in SF Retrieve MIS reports on various aspects of the workforce and analyze attrition, recruiting report, performance management report, compensation report, diversity reports, etc. Employee Engagement by maintaining HRBP calendar Creating unique JDs for all roles of the organization Assist and ensure Career development plans are in place To proactively interact with employees to understand the pulse and provide insights to the Business heads and the Head of HR Drive Initiatives for respective Business stakeholders Career development Program Succession Planning Goal Setting Complete Performance Management Projects: Compensation benchmarking, Appraisal Mapping across industries Organization Matrix mapping across the industry Facilitate HR policy implementation and compliance across the organization Spot opportunities for improvement and proactively recommend solutions in the form of executable projects.
