This also includes offering alternative solutions which accomplish the business needs but are better optimized for wmA architecture, development, maintenance & oftentimes efficiency as well. • Estimating the development efforts • Holding BRD overview sessions with the Dev team (Developers & BAs) to explain the requirements & clarify any questions they may have before the development starts. • Guiding BAs in setting up new product features like Minimum Age, Interest Rates, Coverage features, Riders etc • Assisting BAs in creating BDDs (Business Detailed Design), Test Cases & reviewing the same • Resolving business & product queries from the Dev team throughout the development phase (Analysis, BDD, Design, Coding, Unit Testing, QA Testing, UAT) • Liaising between the Dev & Business team for query resolution, design approach sessions or other dependencies & challenges • Task assignments based on each employee's strengths & expertise.
