  7/1/2014 Update: Success! If I can take the name of a popular movie in 2013 and modify it, I can say that I was "7 Years a Slave" but no more! Yes, it took 7 years filled with a ton of patience, desire and determination but I am finally back where I belong: The IT Field! This wouldn't have been possible without a great supporting cast who never stopped believing in me and encouraged me every step of the way. They know who they are, and I am forever grateful. Now, let's get to IT! Original Summary: In the last twelve years I have held 3 positions while at the Institute of the World Bank Group, all 3 wrapped around four specific areas: Information Technology; Communications, web development & maintenance, and Office Administration. What I enjoy the most out of the four is IT, providing computer support and while I did it for my first five years, I find myself getting further and further from it. I have recently completed one of my short term goals: graduating from ITT Tech with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Network Systems. Now that I have the backing of a strong degree I can focus on finding a position (within the World Bank or else where) that will get me back to the IT field. Tech Support is my passion.
