Within the organisations he has worked he has undertaken roles that included team leader, business development lead, project and programme manager and technical specialist. These roles have required Duncan to lead, manage and/or work in teams of people to deliver project or organisational outcomes, develop business in new geographical areas and industries, design electrical infrastructure and its integration into existing systems and generally facilitate communications and negotiations with a range of different stakeholders. Duncan has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (1st Class Honours) from the University of Auckland.
