  I started at AmericanTrim 6 years ago at 9 an hour. i work hard up the ladder to a four press line (fully automated) making various large truck bumpers with knowledge of set-up of entire line. being able to to do any changeover on any press. I was great at trouble shooting maintenance and tooling issues we used to not do saving a unknown but significant amount of time.I have moderate knowledge eith inverted robotics and automation. I was able to retain a solid crew for 2 years which is an accomplishment with the turnover I witnessed before because I don't lack empathy, understanding or realization humans are imperfect. I've personally trained alot of transportation employees and filled in as geoupleader for the side presses simultaneously working as bumperline geoupleader. I was the defacto Q.C also on third because no one else had knowledge of tools for measurement in metrology or ability to read blueprint. also I was the I.T go to person because everyone lacked basic computer issues. I enjoyed American Trim ( mainly my coworkers, Kevin Williams (supervisor), Brian Phyliss (Project Manager?) but didn't enjoy upper management and their complete dismissal of concerns as I spoke for my crew person to obtaining raises, safety concerns, etc. I'm looking to find a similar role but with a more progressive company that adheres to their own policy and promises.
