Manage Rockwell software licensing using FactoryTalk Activation Server.Responsible for the majority of telecommunications systems at the Iron Ore Company of Canada in Labrador City. This included five telephone systems (combination of VoIP, digital, analog), video conferencing, Emergency Response digital paging system, eight public address systems which included the plant evacuation systems, digital Motorola trunked plant radio system, Motorola radios and all mobile devices. Managed multiple contractors working across all areas of the site to ensure work was done safely and to company specifications. Provided network design, configuration and support. Acted as Project Manager for various large scale telecommunication projects. Responsible for material procurement, contractor management, and ensuring adherence to both the budget and schedule.
