Taking on the challenge of a new role and new technology, I was able to complete five projects in the short two year term at this role. These projects have improved operations ergonomics and plant reliability. I also took on the Process Safety Focal Point role at HP2, and I helped resolve any process safety issues and ensures proper reporting and investigations were completed. In May 2020, I moved to my current rule as the EO/EG Operation Leader. In this role I support and manage a 26 person strong operations group. I help this group identify opportunities for improvement, develop goals and ensure people policies are fair and followed.
