Scrum Master, Biosmart MTN Nigeria - I fostered Agile culture and mindset within the team. - I coordinated and facilitated scrum ceremonies: Daily scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective - I identified and caused removal of impediments preventing the team from achieving the sprint goals. - I ensured that the team remained productive and focused to deliver high quality product features to MTN Nigeria - I currently possess a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) professional certification. 2.
