Reinforce an effective compensation strategy and initiatives amidst the critical period of industry downturn • Represent Shell Malaysia in Malaysia Oil & Gas Upstream Survey Network • Introduce and establish credible compensation and benefit approach and changes to drive the overall organization effectiveness and performance • As part of the change agent of the Change Journey plan for Gas business to drive Employees Engagement in focus area of Compensation & Benefit. • Successfully completed the migration project for the transfer of HR operational functions from Thailand, Singapore, Hongkong and Philippines and China to Shell HR Shared Service (Asia Pacific) including Payroll Process • Lead a team of HR Advisors providing support for Human Resource activities to Shell employees for Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Hongkong and China (Number of employees in population : 4000) • Revamp, streamline and further improve HR processes in line with the business and organizational objectives • Provide advice and support for the enhancement of HR work processes and continuous improvement of HR Shared Services delivery.• Successfully completed the migration project of Expatriate HR Services for Malaysia, Australia & Singapore into the new Shell HR Shared Service (Asia Pacific) organization through Due Diligent Process, Knowledge Transfer and Work Shadow (Number of expatriate employees in population : 1000) • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Asia Pacific Region for the role-out of the new global policy of Shell International Mobility • Deliver training and knowledge transfer for Expatriate Services Advisor on International Mobility Policy and work processes • Provide advice and support for the enhancement of HR work processes and continuous improvement of HR Shared Services delivery.• A member of a pre-opening team to successfully open and operate The Pan Pacific Hotel KLIA • Set-up and establish the Human Resource Department included developing the HR Policies, Procedures & Processes, identified software system for HRIS, Payroll, Electronic Time Management & e-Filing Management, designing training & education programs for employees onboarding program • Set up the administration unit to centralize the administrative functions – business center operations, shared-secretarial services, guest satisfaction assessment analysis.• A member of a pre-opening team to successfully open and operate The Pan Pacific Hotel & Resort, Glenmarie • Set-up and establish the Policies, Procedures and Process of Accounts Payable and Receivable in Account Dept.
