However, I soon realized that my true calling was in leadership. I transitioned into management because I thrive on doing more than just coding—I enjoy creating strategy, developing roadmaps, and enhancing processes across the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to performance reviews and career development. I’m a lifelong learner, always engaging in new training and certifications to keep my skills sharp. While I prefer not to be hands-on with deployments, I am committed to understanding the technical challenges my teams face. By using my coaching skills, I empower my teams to solve problems autonomously, because I believe intrinsic motivation can flourish with autonomy. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring human interactions through improv theater, appreciating underwater nature with scuba diving, and embracing playfulness through acrobatic sports.
