Emad Elmolla’s Expertise Over 20 years professional experience in modeling and design of sewage treatment plants, industrial wastewater treatment plants, surface water treatment plants and saline/brackish water treatment (RO); sewage pipe networks, water distribution systems, storm water collectors and sewage pipe networks and he has a strong background in the structural design of water and super structure. Dr Emad has experience in the study/design/ of Water/Wastewater EPC, BOT and PPP projects. He also participated in many of World Bank (WB), International financing corporation (IFC) and European Investment Bank (EIB) founded Water and wastewater projects. Dr. Emad is a Department Manager of Water & Wastewater and Environmental Studies at Engineering Consultants Group S.A. (ECG), Cairo, Egypt . He got his MSc degree in year 2007 and doctoral degree (PhD) from the Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia in 2010. He has a strong research background in his area of specialization. His main area of specialization is Water/wastewater treatment/disposal; and the application of artificial intelligent on Environmental Engineering issues. He got two research funds; and published one book chapter, 25 peer-reviewed journal papers and 15 conference papers. He has a strong teaching background and he has taught many subjects related to water and wastewater engineering either at Zewail University of Science and Technology, Al-Azhar University (Egypt) or Universiti Teknologi Petronas (Malaysia).
