Evaluation of the real cost benefit of the marketing operations to ensure the return and adapt the communication to reach the Head Quarter target of brand recognition. I personally pushed to start the production in China from 2006 and successfully get the assignment at the end of 2008. FOM was the first company of its kind to begin manufacturing its products in China and now produces seven different types of machines at its Chinese base Crane Worldwide Logistics
