There, I directed SEIA’s federal tax policy and help lead SEIA’s advocacy efforts on Capitol Hill and in the Administration as well as in the state of Texas and at NARUC. Upon graduating from law school, I was an energy regulatory attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP, a global law firm. There, I represented utilities and energy companies before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. I have a JD from Duke University and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. I am past Chairman of the Board of the Business Council for Sustainable Energy and a former President of the DC Chapter of the Women's Energy Network. I sat on the Boards of the Clean Energy Business Network, the Global Business Alliance, the British American Business Association, the National Energy Resources Organization, and Women in Government Relations. I serve on the Advisory Board for the University of Pennsylvania's Kleinman Center for Energy Policy.
