Member in ERT, responsible for planning section (deputy on scene commander) and ensure emergency managed as per stated in ERP. Certified lead auditor ISO 45001 TUV, ISO 14001 TUV & ISO 50001 energy managment system. Certified Major emergency management by OPITO twice . Certified area authority, performing authority and isolation authority by BP . Excellent leadership skills. Process safety management. Participated in major projects HAZOP ,HAZID , LOPA and ENVID. Lead plant start up & shutdown after major TAR. Process commissioning during plant major projects. Phpc
