He was also a successful co-counsel in a reported trial decision involving one of the recent major collisions within Singapore’s Traffic Separation Scheme. He was also counsel in a reported decision where he acted for a number of prominent ship owners seeking interpleader relief from competing claims arising out of the 2014 OW Bunkers fraud and liquidation saga. Eugene obtained his LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore in 2012 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2013.
