Currently holds the Presidency of the Ethics Committee of Embrapa, period 2019-2021. He is also an ad hoc consultant for the journals "Agriculture and Human Values" (AHUM), "Education Policy Analysis Archives" (EPAA), "Psychology: Science and Profession" (SBP) and "Education and Research" (USP). Has extensive administrative experience in different organizations, with emphasis on research, analysis, management and consulting in the Human Resources area, focusing on the fields of: • Education (Management in Institutions of Higher Education, Science and Technology; Research in Educational Technologies - TEs - applied in national and international training programs; Teaching at various levels); • Organizational and Work Psychology (Human Resources Management, Recruitment, and Selection, Training and Development, Monitoring); • Management Development (Management in Analysis and Improvement of Processes, Implementation, and Management of Quality Systems, with ISO 9000 certification).
