Project management: ensure timeline respect, optimize resources, manage constraints and ensure communication within and between teams. Point of contact for customers regarding any technical aspect.Technical expert in the field of particulate matter across Baxter products life cycle. Using comprehensive imaging techniques and forensic investigative approach to support numerous manufacturing plants and development groups through particle analysis and identification intended to support several types of activities such as batch release tests, non-conformities, material analysis, receiving inspection, product complaints, manufacturing process problem solving or new product development. Working with several spectroscopic and microscopic techniques including Infrared spectroscopy, stereo and polarized light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy with Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. Experience and knowledge the area of particle science and material characterization as well as manufacturing processes.Analytical Resources -Material Technology • Plastic Material qualification and chemical compliance testing based on European Pharmacopoeia monographs/ ISO norms using multiple analytical techniques (GC-FID, GC-MS, FTIR, HPLC, UV, ICP-AES,….) • Polymer characterization (DSC, MFI, WVTR, gas permeability) • Gas chromatography methods development and method validation. • Analytical support (problem solving) for manufacturing plants or development group : particulate matter identification by FTIR.Polymer engineering : Polymer processing (extrusion of PP, PA, PEI, PES), Characterization of polymers (DSC, TGA, Rheology, GPC, FTIR, Light microscopy, SEM). Composite materials.ICP-AES Method Development.
