(IP/BGP) • Strong knowledge of circuit delivery methods such as Ethernet / Fiber / EoC / T1 / T3 / Pots and more. • STRONG analytical skills used in problem solving and troubleshooting / diagnostics. The ability to break things down at a deep level and figure out what next steps are depending on results. • Created reports and detailed departmental processes to increase overall productivity. • Fast thinker that is able to work well under pressure. • Strong experience working extensively with various carrier trouble reporting centers. Very familiar with escalation, dispatch, and repair procedures. • Proficient with the full Microsoft Office Suite of tools and also Microsoft Visio.
