  Four years of learning about education has landed me still with a part-time job, with surprisingly excellent pay. However, I want to put my skills to good use now. In my later two years, I was part of Kingston Racing (Kingston University's Formula Student Team) where I learned that there is a lot to think about when attempting to race in motorsport. Rules, finances, manufacturing... that's only the beginning of all tasks that need to be addressed. So I decided to begin a project to enter Formula Vee - one of the cheapest formula motorsports available to enter, yet being very competitive still. Even though it is my most ambitious project by a long shot, it is achievable with enough dedication and patience. Moving to my past, I did two years at East Surrey College and the next two at Kingston University, giving me knowledge in mechanical and automotive engineering up to level 5. Previously, I went to Riddlesdown Collegiate, where I was Deputy Head Boy of my house and passed my GCSEs with respectable results. Now, I am looking for a job where I can put my engineering skills to use, hopefully to maintain/develop racing cars and get paid for it would be ideal. If I could even test or race said race cars, that would be excellent too... not that I'm inexperienced at racing. Before university, I competed in a couple of Gran Turismo Sport championships. These were the Actrollvision Community Racing MX5 League and the GT5 Riders GT3 Endurance Championship, winning both of them. After this, I joined up the Formula Student and karting team in Kingston University to get a taste of real racing. I even competed in the Formula Student Sim Racing Series too, against higher skilled drivers than me... mostly because I hadn't touched Assetto Corsa before and my computer was getting slow. But regardless, our team ended up 14th in the second year out of 47 teams, which was quite good for us. Here's hoping I can win plenty more championships in the future, including a few in the "big leagues" too! Royal Mail
