We aim to develop a fundamental understanding of the processes underlying important new technologies and to establish atomistic simulations as a tool for material design. Problems we investigate include: • Nanoscale Thermal Conduction • Thermoelectric Materials: Energy Transfer and Harvesting • Nano-Electronics: Transport Through Nanotubes, Nanowires and Graphene • Molecular Dynamics and Quantum Chemistry Simulations I have authored or co-authored more than 70 publications in the peer-reviewed international journals, including 1 review article in Reviews of Modern Physics, 1 in Nature Communications, 6 in Nano letters and Nano Today, and more than 10 invited reviews and book chapters.
