My Current duties in my role are but not limited to, • Full claim handling from FNOL to completion on most complex or large loss claims in a specified reign. • Full facing customer role in the handling of the claim through its cycle. • Day to day management of my diary, administration and claims portfolio. • Handling Commercial, Domestic and Broker led claims. • Visiting risk address (within 48 hours) to validate claims in line with the policy terms and conditions. • Diagnosing defects weather pre-loss or as a result of and providing detailed reports and schedule of works for repairs. • Tendering and assigning the relevant trades and contactors, maintaining management of these through the claim. • Providing technical assistance where and when requested by the trades throughout the claim. • Handling all stakeholders involved in the claims and keeping the informed and assessed at all points in the claim • Carry out asbestos assessments and arranging samples or full R&S surveys as required. • Ensuring costs reserves and estimates are adhered to and all projects are delivered within a timely lifecycle • Carrying out post work inspections/Quality of work inspections. • Ensuring compliance to CDM and H&S.
