I have held several leadership roles and led a number of highly innovative initiatives to enhance client solutions, sales and engagement. Prior to EY I held leadership positions in two start-up/high growth consulting businesses in UK and USA I conducted comprehensive global research into what makes the most successful business succeed and created the EY 7 Drivers of Growth. This highly innovative technology led approach enables clients to benchmark themselves against global leading practices, identify and prioritise the actions that will drive their businesses forward and, importantly, secure full buy in of their leadership team to a Growth Plan for their business. I led the development and global deployment of two digital assets to support this activity: For EY the 7 Drivers of Growth has become a trusted tried and tested approach to breaking free from typical subject matter driven dialogue with client functional leaders and move to a trusted advisor relationship with the CEO and C suite. The approach continues to drive increased client sales, retention and win rates. I am a strong and sensitive people leader. I have taken enormous pride and satisfaction in helping people achieve their full potential and in building high performing teams. I am co author of a successful book - Daring to Compete (2019). It tells the story of several EY World Entrepreneur of the Year finalists and winners and relates their success to the EY 7 Drivers of Growth. Outside work I enjoy keeping fit, sailing, skiing and singing. I sing in two choirs. One that sings to dementia patients in local care homes with amazing results.
