In particular, I personally managed the reengineering of administrative processes and the design of Risk Management, Internal Control and Corporate Governance systems. As part of my activity, I was normally responsible for Inter-professional Teams (eg Auditors, IT Consultants, Professionals of client companies, etc.). All this allowed me to develop significant managerial skills in the logic of Team Working and Coaching, in particular in assigning, reviewing and assessing the achievement of Team objectives.
