Prior to the Workday implementation, Giles worked extensively implementing PeopleSoft modules; Recruitment, Compensation, Performance Management as well as third-party applications such as Kronos, SABA and interfaces to Payroll providers such as ADP. His diligence and achievement was recognized through a number of awards he was given for both individual and team performance. He transferred to Medtronic Australia in May 2012.
