To do these tasks efficiently, I have gained knowledge on different tools of Telstra such as Multiman, TRAC, CRAMER,GDD,MITS,Magpie,TPD, CADLINK,TPD,NNACS ,SAI Global etc. I have more than nine years Telecom experience in Bangladesh working in the Largest Telecom Operator, Grameenphone Ltd. (A Sub group of Telenor -Norway). As Network Maintenance Engineer, I used to conduct 1st line fault handling of the network element of telecom BTS sites. As Netwrok Acceptance Engineer, I used to roam around different corners of the country to do quality inspection (Preliminary acceptance test-PAT) of newly deployed network element of BTS sites. As" Quality Assurance Engineer" I used to conduct Site inspection, preparing standard Checklist, technical Guidelines, technical auditing in the telcom BTS Sites. I covered Transmission network (SDH, PDH, Fiber, DWDM, MUX equipments of different vendors such as Huawei, NEC, SIEMSNS, ERICSSON) .radio sytems (BTS system of HUAWEI, ERICSSON), power system (Rectifier,Battery,Distribution board of ELTEK, DELTA, EMERSON etc.) I was involved in Preparing Technical guideline for installation, commissioning & maintenance of different NEs, I used to report technical findings & shared to the management team.
