March 2008 - November 2012 - Head of Service Management & Deployment - NHS Co-ordinating interventions and turn around project activities to ensure the Programme continued to deliver against milestones. Overall responsibility for Service Management function which includes managing supplier performance, ensuring supplier follows agreed standards, managing dispute resolution and ensuring the NHS organisations meet their service management obligations March 2006 - March 2008 - NHS As part of the National Service Delivery Team played a key role managing the selected supplier to ensure delivery of services to agreed schedules. Responsible for ensuring suppliers delivers optimum performance. Holding service reviews with end users and supplier to ensure performance is maintained within contractual obligations. 1996 - 2004 - Various IT Management roles withn National Grid and British Gas.
