During my time with Walgreens I focused on performance metics improving the pharmacy’s verified by promise time and phone hold times among others. Both of these metic changes led to an improved customer experience. Currently I am working for Bartell Drugs, I came at a pivotal moment as the store was transitioning from Bartell systems and processes to Rite Aid systems and processes. I have helped to rebuild a new team, transition and train employees, and manage the customer experience.
