Greg Eckert’s Expertise I was a Pennsylvania State Policeman for 25 years until my retirement in 2008. At the time of my retirement I was a Sergeant in the Bureau of Training and Education at the State Police Academy in Hershey PA. During my time at the Academy I had the opportunity to work on various projects including PASHIELD and ICS for our command personnel. I was able to work cooperatively managing Federal Grants with other Bureaus and Agencies. I was also able to teach classes and help structure our Training Calendar. Before the Bureau I filled various positions including Patrol Supervisor, Motorcycle Unit Supervisor, Construction Zone Coordinator and Patrol Trooper. I have continued to work after my retirement as a Driving Instructor with Milton Hershey School and as a Deputy Sheriff at the Dauphin County Courthouse. I am currently working as a school bus driver at Derry Township School District and teaching Criminal Justice Classes at YTI in Lancaster PA..
