He is proficient in the use of the real-time spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, oscilloscope, and Digital Multimeter (DMM). In addition, Mr. Larson possesses a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Systems Planning, Research, Development and Engineering (SPRDE) Level 3 Certification.
