I also was, for 2 years, in charge of Facilities, being responsible for the control of all infrastructure contracts of the plant, focusing in cost reduction (savings achieved around 3 MBRL in one year with electrical energy free market and rent or buy projects). I was then invited to assume a more strategic position in the Supply Chain area to be the manager responsible to leverage all cost reduction projects in Brazil, engaging multifunctional teams and developing a “cost saving behavior”, with the implementation of cost reductions initiatives of more than 60 MBRL in 2017 and 55 MBRL in 2018, increasing competitiveness and outcome achievements.
