In addition it has largely contributed to employee satisfaction and motivation, which again stimulate performance. As part of my career I was stationed 11 years outside of Denmark, which along with a lot of local knowledge also gave me a valuable benchmark of strengths and weaknesses of “the Danish model”, culture etc. helping improve my decision making in all sorts of foot-print issues.
