RAM take responsibility and cover whole Asia region for Samsung business. Have business travel not only Samsung overseas subsidiary company request but also having some service issue at each site. Organize samsung dedicated team at Asia multi branches by RAM and lead my team with sales/retain business opportunity. Share samsung business knowledge to the tem in terms of partispate on samsung global RFQ and expand business scope as much as we can. Expeditors Key account Customer Service employee training and performance evaluation. I was a person who in charge of ocean import customer supervisor when I join Expeditors for the first time and take care ocean import division key accounts customer service. furthermore have 3rd party vendor management & evaluation, rate negotiate with trucker, customs and liner. Trouble shooting with internal network and harmonize duty job was very hard but deeply memorable. But it was a facor also make friends with oerseas network people and growing myself.Base on Air export & import operation knowledge, I was a Cost Controler of schenker korea. Mainly support freight T1,T2 and T3 bound employee and trouble shooting role. in addition reconcile credit & debit control, freight division data analysis and monitor interface process. Daily routine duty following.First time join in freight forwarding industry as an Air export operation staff in 2000. Take charge of Asisa lane focus on HKG & SHA bound operation daily routine Job such as EDI trigger, Bill of Lading creation, dense cargo rate negotiation with airline, flight schedule upadate, internal network communication and trouble shooting, support import customs clearance and AR & AP management.
