(Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra) I have been accountable for developing state thematic operation plans, program & proposal development, designing innovative models in education and ensure their alignment to national and state’s thematic priorities. I have been effectively managing partnerships, involved in building technical capacities, generating evidences from the programs on the ground, create and use knowledge products for policy engagement to create wider impact. I have been successful in aligning organizational goals and priorities with government initiatives to enhance organization footprint, throughout the state fostered collaboration between government entities and stakeholders of the field.
