In addition to this I lead the team to deliver cutting edge dashboard style reporting across the finance and commercial teams which enabled faster, automated and better business reporting leading to greater insight and action across the business. I have been at the forefront of the leadership team which has guided Argos through its recent Transformation programme leading a Digital Finance team which has supported over 100m of investment decisions.
