Currently I am the Well Engineer responsible for planning the Drilling activities of Pre-Salt in the Campos/ Santos basin and infill wells in BC-10 (Pos-Salt Development field). I have independent supervisory experience delivering E&A and development wells (both pre-salt and post-salt), interventions (HWO, LWO and ESPs replacements), well tests, completions (OHGP and SAS) and rig intake (commissioning / start up) projects. In addition to this, I have also carried out front end planning work for well interventions and MOBOs. I have recently worked in business planning, providing time and cost estimates for NOV and SOV wells, driving the PIP funnel development and implementing Wells Technology and Digital Transformation initiatives. I actively built partnerships with contractors and have experience in managing a large contractor group offshore, this requires active management of multiple interfaces to ensure safe and effective delivery. As an Energy professional, I consider myself deeply committed to safety, with a strong learner mindset, results-oriented, focused on delivering the job with excellence aligned with the company’s core business & strategies. The fact of being flexible, an active listener and a real team player, helped me to deliver strong results in planning (office) and during the execution in the field, working effectively with others in multidisciplinary projects to achieve common goals.
